Measurement13.ai
Leadership assessment platform built around 13 core attributes — 360° feedback, 9-Box positioning, and team dynamics analytics for talent development and succession planning.
Why I Built This
Leadership assessment usually lives in one of two bad places: a once-a-year HR ritual nobody trusts, or a consultant's slide deck nobody rereads. Measurement13 was built to make leadership assessment structured, continuous, and actually usable — grounded in a 13-attribute model, with 360° feedback and 9-Box positioning that executives can defend in talent reviews.
The Problem
Most leadership assessments rely on fuzzy constructs and unstructured interview feedback. Output is inconsistent across rater groups, 9-Box placement ends up being a hallway debate, and development plans — if they get written at all — rarely connect to the underlying evidence.
How It Works
- Structured assessment against 13 core leadership attributes with consistent rubrics per attribute
- 360° feedback collection across self, peer, manager, and direct-report rater groups with bias-aware prompts
- 9-Box positioning (performance × potential) grounded in the 13-attribute scoring rather than gut feel
- Team dynamics analytics — composition, complementary strengths, and leadership gaps across a team
- AI-assisted synthesis that turns raw rater feedback into coachable development themes and talent-review memos
The Impact
Talent review conversations move from anecdotes to evidence tied to a defined leadership model
9-Box placement defensible against a structured scoring trail instead of hallway consensus
Development plans generated directly from 360° themes — no manual synthesis from spreadsheets
Succession planning gets a continuously updated view of leadership depth, not a once-a-year snapshot
